As an AI evangelist, I enjoy helping others understand what’s possible with artificial intelligence. I’ve had the chance to work alongside folks from different backgrounds, whether that’s guiding teams through new technology, experimenting with generative AI, or just sharing ideas that could make our work more impactful. I try to keep things practical and open, always learning as I go and encouraging responsible, ethical use of these powerful tools.

My approach to leadership is focused on collaboration and support. I’ve worked with teams of engineers and data scientists on projects from their earliest stages right up to real-world deployment. I try to create an environment where people can share ideas, ask questions, and learn from each other. I still have lots to learn myself, and I value the energy and fresh perspectives that come with each new challenge.
Researcher
My curiosity leads me to dig into how things work, especially when it comes to machine learning and large language models. I approach research by experimenting, trying out different ideas, and—more often than not—learning from what doesn’t work the first time. I also enjoy being part of the broader AI community, bouncing around ideas and contributing when I can, whether that’s through open-source projects or joint problem-solving.
